The International University in Germany (www.i-u.de) and the software company CAS Karlsruhe (www.cas.de) are offering several funded positions for PhD students in the fields of Software Engineering, Mobile Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction, and Computational Intelligence. Language of instruction and research at the International University in Germany is English; its student body consists of about 50% international students.
