Context
This PhD is in a joint project of the Laboratoire Hubert Curien in Jean Monnet University, France (http://laboratoirehubertcurien.fr) and the LIRIS lab at the INSA Lyon, France (http://liris.cnrs.fr). The selected candidate will join of about 20 researchers working on data mining, information retrieval and knowledge modeling.
Candidate profile
Having a MSc or a Master in engineering degree in computer science at the end of the academic year 2008-2009, skills in information retrieval, graph based representation network analysis would be appreciated. Good programming capabilities are requested! An excellent level in English is also required. French is recommended but not required.
