The CSIRO ICT Centre is building a role for Australia as a global ICT innovator by delivering leading-edge Information and Communication Technology solutions for industry and society. The Centre has over 250 researchers across Australia working on a wide range of ICT technologies and application areas. These Postdoctoral Fellowships are in support of the ICT Centre's long term research work. In particular, we are seeking recent PhD graduates who are keen to pursue fundamental research into the area of Service Computing focusing on Web service technologies. The role will include investigating issues related to the lifecycle of Web services including, but no limited to, service composition, service query optimization, service trust management, service change management, and service mining.

Candidates will have earned a recent PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline which involves research in Service Computing with emphasis on Web service technology. We are looking for a solid record of publishing in international journals and conferences, and a track record of working both independently and as a member of a research team.
